🔥 Live Nation Says Industry Is Booming

Live Nation dropped their quarterly report with an insane 90 million tickets sold year-to-date.

The report (which you can read here in full) goes on to summarize the growth Live Nation has been experiencing. All this growth is creating some tension with other promoters trying to compete and consumers complaining about increased ticket prices among other issues.

An exciting takeaway was that Live Music is holding as the number one leisure category that global consumers expect to spend more on this year.

🧠 Eventbrite Ai Event Descriptions, And They’re Good?

With barely any fan-fare, Eventbrite launched new AI-powered features to spark creativity for event creators. They seem to be really downplaying the results, but framing it more of a creativity tool.

When putting together a local music show last week, I gave it a try myself. I was surprised by how good the event description was. It wasn’t entirely spot-on, but got the creativity flowing and certainly ended with a better description than I would have written on my own. Here’s that event if you want to check out what it came up with.
